Your property details are accepted in good faith we do not accept any errors or omissions. If you wish to edit or change your advert please email us with details. There will be an administration charge for this service. No extra fee applies for adding your property photo at a later date but the fee will apply if you wish to change an image.

Once your property is added changes and/or property substitution will not be accepted. This will constitute a new advertisement.

We reserve the right to amend any advert if in our opinion it is indecent, suggestive or improper in any way. Our opinion is absolute. Any advert found to be wholly improper will be removed/not displayed and the fee forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse any advertising without obligation.   The use of our "secure contact" system does not constitute any obligation or responsibility on the part of Espana Properties.com. We accept no responsibility if the service fails or is misused.

The extent of any claim made against us can only be to the extent of the fee paid. As this is a client driven service we will NOT entertain any claim against us and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions alleviate us of ANY claim or action and your acceptance of such Terms & Conditions.
